Up and running in five steps
Each step builds on the one before: the list you bring on day one becomes the report you base decisions on at the end.

OwnerFleet managerDriverRead-onlyYou bring in your data
You import your vehicle, people, and supplier lists from Excel. Map the columns once; Turkish-format numbers and dates are read correctly, and any rows that can't be read are reported with the reason.
Excel / CSVColumn mappingPreviewError reportYou set up tracking
Define maintenance intervals in mileage and months, and link document and driver's license expiry dates to each vehicle. With a service schedule, you can apply them to a whole group at once.

Inspections and faults are logged in the field and work orders are opened from the office; HGS/OGS (Turkish electronic toll systems), UTTS (Turkey's fuel-station vehicle recognition system), and traffic fine statements are linked to the vehicle and driver. Everything coming due arrives in one daily digest email.

Ready-made reports give you cost per vehicle and per kilometer; renewal analysis uses your records to compare keeping, monitoring, or replacing a vehicle.

Once you're set up
One day, one month: what does the system do?
The digest email arrives
Upcoming maintenance, expired documents, and open faults, all in one email. You start the day without opening the dashboard.
A fault comes in from the field
The driver completes the inspection form on a phone; a failed item becomes a fault record, and the fault becomes a work order.
Costs become readable
Fuel, maintenance, tire, and toll expenses are totaled per vehicle; cost per km is ready in the report.
What's ready in the first week?
Questions to answer before you start
